I am having trouble with the idea that the Riders of Information. They have destroyed the razudans government, if they have no government how can they still be part of ULP's government, or have a functioning interstellar society for that matter.
Also how can 5 individuals keep a rational populace in check. Logically 10 people would group up, grab the same equipment as the Riders and end the threat. I read the Riders purpose as making sure all information is pushed froward, keeping anything to them self is counter that goal so they cant have a tech edge on the populace.
